Cleaning and maintaining a private residence or commercial building to make sure that it meets any housekeeping sanitation requirements such as buildings, such as healthcare facilities, canteen, and provides a comfortable space for employees.

Knowledge Skills and Competencies required:
·        Customer service and communications skills
·        Deadline Driven, honest and efficient
·        Attention to detail
·        Management of accommodation and booking accommodation                                                                     
·        Key management, strong in administrational spec to manage housing                
·        Background of hotel, guesthouse and housing management before, working with maintenance and housekeeping teams,
Key areas of responsibilities:
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
  • Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
  • Making beds and changing linens and windows
  • Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
  • Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
  • Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry and Ironing clothing items
  • Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
  • Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
  • Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces and steaming and cleaning draperies
  • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste washing blinds and tidying up rooms
  • Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed also Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.

Minimum requirements

Education and experience required:
·        Matric is Essential
·        Must have at least senior supervisory experience for 4 years or mid management experience 3 years.                                
·        Customer Service experience
·        Good communication skills
