We are looking for a Hospitality guru to join our team as a Catering Manager within our Food Services business. Being an innovative trend-setter with a passion for enhancing customer experience is a pre-requisite for this role. The individual indirectly manages operational elements and functions at our client site; responsible for ensuring that the facilities operate optimally. A master of motivation is required to drive the team with a core focus on client engagement, managing profitability, sustainability and growth. Primary responsibilities include managing daily operations of the kitchen area, implementation of the production process, managing food/labour costs and an overall understanding of HACCP.
