Education and experience required:
- Matriculation is a minimum requirement
- At least 2 years exposure in an administrative environment
- Ability to quickly analyse and manipulate large quantities of financial data, drawing out key matters of significance
- SAP Experience
- Computer literate with strong emphasis on Microsoft office, power point, excel and MS word
Key areas of responsibilities:
The administrator will be responsible for managing or assisting management in the following areas:
Adhoc
- Ensure that applicable registers are completed and up to date in order for the Financial Manager to complete the monthly management checklist
- Assist with documentation proof during Internal Audit Reviews
Purchase Orders
- Complete purchase orders for Non-stock items if required
Journal
- Assist Management accountant and Financial Manager in preparation of journals for region
Assets
- Completion and co-ordination of Capex approval documents in region
- Liaise with supplier as to delivery
- Asset transfers
- Asset counts and verification
- Ensure new assets are tagged
Motor Vehicles
- Vehicle Allocation
- Vehicle Fines
- Licenses Validity (Vehicle/Drivers)
- Accident and Repairs (Report and Co-ordinate)
- Reporting
- Assist the Management accountant with high level reporting and analysis
Assist with Other Admin functions when required
